Working with Rob was great! He was extremely responsive. I never felt like I had to wait at all before he was messaging me back, and it was really easy to get viewings booked. He was so knowledgeable at the viewings. With his background in the trades, he does a great job assessing the condition of a house and flagging things you’ll want to consider, whether that’s potential renovations or areas of concern. It was really helpful and saved us a bunch of money because he could spot issues we might have overlooked before we even got to the inspection stage. It allowed us to feel good about the potential of a place before taking the next step. He helped us find a place we plan to be in for a very long time. Rob was instrumental in finding some excellent new tenants for our condominium. He guided us through the steps needed to present our condo for viewers that made it very attractive. He had a large resource of people that could fix, repair and decorate the condo for a beautiful presentation. In addition, he communicated with us throughout the process so that we knew exactly what was happening and when. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for our other condominiums.
